Does anyone have any idea how to make pine needles on a tree?  I tried to use the Hair operator but I think I might be doing something wrong I can’t get them to stick out all around a branch right.  Any suggestions?

Thank you for your reply I really appreciate it.  It does look like a good plug in, I can’t afford to buy anything right now maybe later, so if there is any other suggestions you have or anyone has let me know.  Thanks again.
