Hello I have created a basic rock texture and imported it into Crazy Bump to generate a nice normal map and spec map etc.

However I’m having problems plugging in the normal map in the Render Tree? I have a good texture projection with the diffuse texture rendering fine...And I can get a bump map working with the Bump Map Generator mode. But when I try to use a XsiNormalMap node and plug that into the ?bump? node on the material nothing renders out not even the diffuse anymore.

Any help would be great!

Thanks.

You’ll have to give the model tangents and binormals (get—property—tangets). Open the normal map properties, and select the tangents there once they are applied.
