hey guys,

ive been using xsi for 2 years now. Recently, ive been taking a class where the intructor is showing us this really awesome stuff with max. And im trying to translate the stuff to xsi.

So, im trying to bake a normal map on multiple objects at once.  Is there such thing as setting a material id like in max. Where ultimapper will know not to cast an object on top of another.

Here is an example of what it looks like when i render all the objects at once. I am able to bake all the objects one at a time, buti want to be able to do them all at once.

also, is it normal for the ao map being casted from the high poly mesh to take about an hour to bake?

I am baking all of the objects at once.
