I have started to learn more about real time shaders and I would like to get some help with the proper workflow for games and other real time options. below are the questions that I would love to get the answers to asap:

- How do you create the shaders so that the material has neutral lighting so that in a game environment, the model reacts to the level lighting and shadows.

- How do you make the material display specular, bump/displacement or normal maps?

- How do you get the material to be reflective.

- How do you create it within XSI

any help will be most appreciated and if you have a really good tutorial then please point me in the right direction. Thank you very much.
