HOW CAN I PAN inside ..image clip viewer .!?!? what would be the hot key..!??!

There is no Pan in the Image Clip Viewer. You can load the clip or sequence in the Texture editor and use the pan and zoom tool (Z)

that the clip viewer should do all the watching tricks..?!?!?

I am agree with the user mi_echo_log.txt. You can load the clip or sequence in the Texture editor and use the pan and zoom tool (Z)
