I cant get Lm2dv Mv shader to work in 7.01

Hi all
I havnt used La MAisons motion vector shader for a while and I cant get it to kick in in 7.01. The new motion blur settings dont have the options to get it going. I tried using the Mip motion vector output shader, but because it considers all object regardless of their material/tranparenncy etc its not going to work for me . Lm2dv was a per object shader so was much more flexible.
Any one get this going? or does it just no longer work.
