Hello friends,
I had an animation job to do where only few things moved in a scene. Means, mostly stills and then at frame 100-115 a change, then nothing moving again.
I wanted to spare render times and rendered only the moving parts, then copy-pasted the images 100 times, then rendered the next moving parts.
I think there must be a simpler way! I remember someone told me few years ago that he wrote a script for exactly this issue where Softimage sensed if there wasn’t any movement in a scene and just copied and NOT rendered those images.
I just forgot who it was so I can’t ask :-)
May you help me? Would save lots of time!
Thanks!
