Hi there,
I have a scene with several stand-ins and, for example, I want to each stand-in in own pass. Is there any way how to do it? It isn’t possible to add stand-in to partition etc. Please advise.

Hi,

To hide some stand-in in one pass, I create a group of the Stand-in and add an override on several parameters of the Visibility property.
After I create a polymesh object (without any polygon to not interfer in my scene) and I drag and drop this parameters of the Visibility property to the same parameters on the override. that create automaticaly an expression on the overrides’s parameters.

Now, I have a polymesh object what I can add to partition and hide it so my stand-in are hidden.

BUT, I am limited at the Visibility property in the Display tab parameters.
For example, I can’t hide the primary ray if my stand-in hasn’t been exported with this parameter check off.

Anyone have an idea to do this ?
Thanks.
