I shouldn’t have to but I guess I do.  I’M BEGGING FOR MY PERMANENT ESSENSIALS LICENSE!!!!!  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH THE INFO!!!

Got XSI Essentials on Friday, installed it, installed the dongle, had a temp license. Requested my license, told by licensing it was already on the dongle. Called tech support, they said no it isn’t and wrote licensing.  Nothing from Licensing so I wrote again today.  Nothing again.

SO PLEASE GIVE ME MY LICENSE!!!!!  3000$ AND NOTHING!!

Hi Peter

If you send the request code to me at , I’ll check the system for your permanent license.

The Montreal office is closed today, for a statutory holiday.

Still waiting.  This is rediculous!!  Purchased on the 16th, received on the 20th, no license to operate the software?  I should be talking to a human by now, not passing emails back and forth.

I received an email this morning that my dongle code was incomplete.  Not much info to go on there but it appears the code was truncated.  So I resent at noon and can guarantee every number that the license manager printed was sent to Softimage.

And I wait.  I assume it’s being dealt with but all I have to show for my efforts are some auto-replys to emails that I’ve sent.

If by a week after receiving the software(Friday) I don’t have a license to operate it I think it’s time for a refund and time to switch to Maya.

And Stephen & Manny have been helpful and friendly.  Now if the others would join in to make this work I’d be thrilled.

Got closure.  Got my license and it’s up and running.  Thanks!!  My head was about to explode.  A little more feedback about where things stand in the future would be super.
