error opening softimage

Hi,
i just finished installing and activating the 2011 Ent. Creation Suite… and every program installed and works fine with the exception of softimage.

The first time i opened it it said something like “softimage will not work unless computer font is changed to small"… so i changed it to small and it still doesnt open. Now when it opens it doesnt even give me the error message..it just closes.

any way to get it to work?
