So, my hard drive failed on me and I had to reinstall my XSI 6.5 Essentials/Advanced and XSI 7.0 Student versions on the new drive. I can’t get either one to recognize the licensing info that I had from SoftImage. Who? Where? can I go for some help with this? Autodesk’s site is not providing me with lost user ID or password info. I’m sure I completed the license transfer when Autodesk assimilated Softimage.

Help! I’d just like to get my software to work again.

You’ll have to provide them with a “request code"…
