I’m new to these sites and I don’t know where to turn:(
I am having the same issue I had work done on my computer and went to reinstall my License from the portal and NOW can not install because of it not being active I tried everything to find out it is no longer there My password didn’t work I get an error message , I just got this license set up and now it doesn’t work I have all my information via email from The woman that worked on it for me and sent her an email and it bounced back we where emailing fine in January.
I emailed Support but no email returned and I never received any email saying anything about the portal taken off line ?
What do I do now and as for my Permanent Licence for XSI 7 will I still be able to transfer it to another computer if I need to?
I can not afford the upgrade price I just bought this in December.
Please let me know what to do or who to contact ,I was able to contact softimage in person and now I can’t explain anything except by email and wait, I don’t mean to panic but
I spent allot of money on this software and now I can’t use it.
