Who could I contact to request a replacement license file for Softimge 2010? My hard drive is dead and my backup with m lic file on it is corrupted. I ave a new HD installed now and I just need my license file. I’m on the records with Autodesk, but my subscription has lapsed.
Ay help would be greatly appreciated.

You could go to https://registeronce.autodesk.com and try to re-activate your license. If that doesn’t work, log a Customer Service Request with the Business Center (when there’s an error on registeronce, eg invalid serial number, you’ll see a link next the Next and Previous buttons).
Or, if you are in the Americas, call the Business Center at 1-800-551-1490.
You’ll need the Ethernet address and computer name of your license server.
You can get those from the System Settings tab of LMTOOLS.
