Hello,

I lost one Student Teacher edition license due too hard drive failure, and the other refused to export before a reformat.  Is there any way to reset both so I can use them again?

Wasn’t sure what the current support email is..

Thanks!

Typically those two scenarios (hard drive failure, reformat) require a re-activation of the standalone license.

Just let me know what needs to be done, and I’ll send whatever info off :)

Thanks!

When you start Softimage, doesn’t it give you an option to Activate?
If that doesn’t work, then you’ll have to contact the Autodesk Business Center and tell them that your hard drive failed, so you need to re-activate your standalone license.

Yeah, but it says activation limit reached, and my old activation code doesn’t work… I’ll give the other idea a try
