Hi!

I downloaded my copy of 2010 from my subscription page
but never had received the email with my 2010 serial number.
I submitted a support request and was sent my serial number
with no product code.
I really didn’t think anything of it because I thought maybe
my original 7.5 product code would work...WRONG. :)
OK so no problem maybe it’s on my subscription page? Well it
may be but the subscription center is down for maint.
Any body have any idea where the product code is located when
you have a subscription?

The Product Key for Softimage 2010 is 590B1, for Softimage Advanced it’s 591B1

That makes sense seeing that it says 590A1 for the
product on the 7.5 box.
