Hi,

I’ve purchased 2010 + subscription on April 1st 2010.
In the meantime I’ve installed 2011 but haven’t been able to activate it because I didn’t get a serial nr. for it.
My coverage report mentions nothing about 2011 so I contacted Autodesk Business Services asking why my coverage report has not been updated and they answered that my coverage report has not been updated : I know that : That’s why I contacted them in the first place ... !?
So I replied to this message and got an answer that I should have gotten an email with the serial when I downloaded the trial of 2011, which I did not receive (no, also not in the spam folder) and that I should ask my reseller.
So I asked my reseller and he told me that serials are an Autodesk matter, but he’s going to try anyway, so let’s hope it’ll work out.

My question : when you buy a version of XSI + subsription and there’s a new version, then will the coverage report be automatically updated with this info or is this something the reseller should take care off?
(I wonder what the use of subscription is when you have to go to a forum for help about matters like these?)

Thanks ... Dominiek, Belgium.

Edit : just got mail that my coverage report has been updated.
Thanks, Dominiek.
