While I have still to receive the disk through the post, I have received an email from the Subscription Team with my ‘Contract Manager’ number and my ‘Contact ID’.

Do I need information from the disk, such as serial no, before I can login to the Subscription Centre?

Answered my own question....you don’t need info from the disk. There was a temp error with part of the site, throwing up the spurious results I was experiencing. Sorted now.
