My old HD crashed, I reinstalled xsi 6, sent a licence request to the new Autodesk support page that’s been pointed out many times in this part of the forums installed my keys in the C:windows/system32/spm directory, I’m doing all of this with administrator priviliges and I have it turned on in the properties panel but all I get is this:

Btw I’ve also done the whole command prompt thing, set the host to local and checked the ports and it’s all ok in there.

Do I need to do some port forwarding or get a different version of the spm, which I can’t find?

Hum, from what I can see, you are trying to install a 32 bits Softimage on a 64 bit OS. Check your version of Softimage.

What version are you trying to install (Foundation, Essential or Advance)?

Are you using a dongle?

Check what license you have installed.

In that old version of SPM, I think you have to click Server - Query License Server.

C:\windows\system32 exists even on 64-bit systems, and there is where the 6.0 SPM installed itself.
