Here’s my problem:
1. I install SoftImage 2010 x64 on Windows 7 RC.
2. I start up SoftImage, import a couple of collada files, and everything seems fine.
3. Then I restart SoftImage. Now when I try to import the same files I get this error message:

ImportModel(null, null, null, null, null, null, null)
I’ve tried uninstalling SoftImage a couple of times but the same exact problem occurs after every reinstall.
Any one else experience this problem? Anyone have a solution?
I did notice that dotXSIConverter.64dll has a red triangle on its icon in the Plugin Manager even though the .dll has a valid path.

Try runnning runonce.bat and let us know what happens.
