I need some help. I am working with XSI Mod Tool 7.5 that is free for XNA Indie developers.

I am trying to use the Biped model that is in the samples folder. I have to make some changes to it in order to export it as a DTS model for use with the Torque X 3D engine.

The problem that I am having is that the Eye meshes don’t move along with the deformers. They do rotate, but don’t move. So when I get the model to the point I want it and animate it the eyes stay where they started at.

Another thing is that the eyes do rotate, they just don’t move. How do I fix this? I am a newbie to this, so need baby steps. Thanks....

If it is the same Biped as the one I’m looking at, the eyes are not actually enveloped at any point to the rig (they follow correctly with the head in XSI as they are children of the bones, but Torque probably requires them to be weighted to the bones). Or is it that they wont translate inside of Modtool itself?
