Well, the addon I truly couldn’t do without: ScriptEd
The website I couldn’t do without, as it seems to have the best collection of XSI/Softimage addons (and even has got a “local backup”, which comes in quite handy for some of the older stuff!) is rray.de

I’m looking for a way to add telemetry data to models in Softimage. I’m not sure if this is an add-on or not. Do you nave experience with channel drivers?
