Is there any way to create a directx optimized mesh using CGeometryAccessor

CGeometryAccessor is powerful, but in realtime, especially in directx, the mesh need to be optimiezed as triangle strip/list, but using CGeometryAccessor, the normal, uv, and position are independed to each other, it seems there is no way to create a optimized traingle strip mesh for using directx.

so, my question is how to create this kind of mesh?
