Did you install the correct addon for your architecture:
MotionTrail32_v1.2.xsiaddon for a 32 bits Softimage/Windows
or
MotionTrail64_v1.2.xsiaddon for a 64 bits Softimage/Windows?

Someone gave me an email, and he could install this addon after he installed Microsoft C ++ 2010. (maybe, visual C++ )
I’m not sure if this tool needs it.  but if you can’t install it yet, you can try.

and this addon used ToolContext, so you can install it softimage 2012 or lator .

Thank you a lot.
I managed to get it to work, i select the animated object and start the MotionTrail the trail appears and i can select the points but how can i move them? No handles will appear, if i swtich to move tool i lose the motion trail.

I cant move those points.

edit: nevermind i had to reboot softimage, everything works now. Thanks a lot!

I rebooted three times and I can’t see MotionTrail anywhere in the U.I, never mind seeing it in the Keyboard configurator panel. I installed the x64 bit version, and, well, no go.
