Each time I start Stitcher (Unlimited 2009 with SP1) I have to reenter the product serial number. The software has all the other information (product key and first three digits of the serial number) retained in the window, but keeps needing the last digits of the serial number.

Latest Mac Pro with 10.5 and no other software issues

Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, with the same issue.

The program works after I put in the serial number, until the next start of the software, when it requires the serial number again.

I have registered online.

The software was from a factory DVD.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
