I took a series of shots inside an old hotel with my back against the wall, so I ended up with the material for a hemisphere rather than a sphere. It makes a nice static image (from the preview), but I’d like to render this as something that could be viewed and navigated - but Stitcher won’t let me render it as a cylindrical or spherical .mov. One thing I thought of doing was force-stitching blank frames in the appropriate positions, but before I embark on this, I thought there might be better ideas here.
Has anyone done this before? What should I do?
Thank you,
David

Render the scene out as a spherical image then get a copy of Pano2VR and load the rendered image into it. You can then define the limits of the spherical image very easily to cut off the black areas.
