I have tried different groups of photos and they all came out the same problem. I had no other program running at the same time, the CPU and memory of my computer all seemed working just fine. Not sure what the problem could be. If anyone knows how to fix it I would really appreciate it! However i stitch my images and they dont align good at all (i did use tripod), but i still manage to make a fairly ok panorama. But when i render, it become messy, like the images become transparent and reveal all the places that didnt align well... Could anyone have a look at my attached image? Does anyone know what im talking about? And is there a way to fix this? Im rendering as spherical image. I have a substantial investment in Stitcher over the years and the last upgrade actually removed features I specifically purchased it for. First of all I love using Stitcher. But I'm having a problem with setting the transparency for the drop shadow. Let me explain. I took the panorama and converted it into a "Victorian Garden Ball," in Paintshop Photo Pro, using the Polar filter, and added a drop shadow. When I use the "Victorian Garden Ball" for the nadir lens cap, Stitcher turns the semitransparent drop shadow into a solid black band. I saved the "Victorian Garden Ball" as a png and when I layer it onto a JPEG, in Paintshop Photo Pro, it works. But it doesn't work in Stitcher. What gives? Does it make a difference whether I have the background transparent as opposed to using an Alpha Channel? At times Stitcher does what the manual says it will do (i.e. show a section of the view in the workspace window at the time of rendering), but at other times it gives a 100% zoomed in view of a single photo from those in the window. I can't see any reason (based on what I am doing) that Stitcher is sometimes selecting the zoomed out view I would like, and at other times using another, totally zoomed in detail view as its opening frame. This is driving me nuts.... Is anyone else seeing this issue, and do you have an answer and/or work around to make it go away. Am I correct in interpreting what the manual seems to be saying about how to control the opening view of Cubic QTVRs by using the view presented in the work space when I render? But when i want to open the .mov file on my MAC it asks for Quicktime7.. I have version 10 running.. Downloaded 7 and yes it works.. but now I have two versions of Quicktime on my machine.
