Hi,

I have a windows licence to Stitcher 2009 Unlimited. Due to a lot of problems with Vista, I am switching to Mac. Does anyone know how to swap the license for a Mac license?

If not, does anyone know how to contact Autodesk? I am having a lot of trouble finding the right “channel”.

I purchased the Mac licence outright 340.00 us and did not have the time to joke around with the customer service people I need to deliver something the Autodesk people dont understand..
I have a client now that needs a VR to work on Vista64 and nowhere to ask how to steer this guy to the right viewer or can i re render my quick times into something that works for him?

Hi Tom,

Just checked back to see if anyone had an answer. I have tried contacting Autodesk via 4 different e-mails, asking every channel to either answer me or send me an e-mail address to a person who can help me. No luck.

I am still stuck with no answer to lifes big question:
Can I swap my Windows license of Stitcher on Windows to a Stitcher on OS X?

Hope someone from the autodesk team drops by to answer.

(To rebuy the program from scratch is not an option)

several people have reported problems with autodesk stitcher and snow leopard here & elsewhere, and autodesk has been completely silent, ignoring any and all problems reported by users of this product, and although they are still accepting orders, this product has been dead for a while now

this address is supposed to be stitcher support - stitchersupport @ autodesk.com

and elisabeth garreau is supposed to be the product manager - Elisabeth.Garreau @ autodesk.com

you would be better off requesting a refund & looking into PTGUI, Hugin, or Autopano, which all have great support, regular updates, responsive developers + great user community
