I saw this cool thing on TV on the weekend – a show called Art Alive. They take a picture drawn by a kid and make a short animation out of it. The kid does the narration and at various points has to draw another element to move the story along. I wish I could find a website or something…

Building on yesterday's post - another cool thing to do is use the Extrude Edge command. Create a quad and then start extruding edges - this is a fast way to build up an area with quad loops.

Sometimes you want (need) to create a low resolution mesh from a high resolution mesh. Using Make Live can be a good way to do this. For the sake of simplicity, I'll use a complex poly sphere ;)
