For those of you who remember former CEO of Alias, Doug Walker, he has turned up as the new CEO of BitTorrent. I can't say I saw that one coming.
Apparently BitTorrent is working to create a business model that the media industry will accept and felt that Doug could help them get their. I hope they make it as I am a fan of the technology but as napster and Kazaa can attest there is a strong headwind on this one. Good luck Doug, I can already hear the media industry sharpening their knives.
