What do you think of Jets on the roof? Do they look good or I should remove them?

Wow, that texture looks awesome!  No, you shouldn’t remove them, but they should be a different color than the car, and maybe add some flames coming out of them.
Is that texture Mi_car_paint_Phen, or is it something else?
Looks great so far!

Yes, the shader of the body is Mi_car_paint_Phen.

I would suggest one medium sized airplane jet rather than two little ones. You can add one of my airplane jets to your vehicle. I’ve already attached them here.

Great work! The textures look great! If you have time, add a background to it.
