Is there a way to lock a key set on an attachment constraint (at frame zero) from being deleted? I’m using it as a starting point for the subsequent controllers in the list. I found by using the track bar filters, I can have it not be shown, but was wondering if there was a fool-proof way to prevent it from being altered.
For some reason when I change the wieght on the second controller, the first weight changes too? Why would they do this? I couldn’t figure it out, I might have accidentally wired the wrong thing, but couldn’t see that it was wired to something. What is the best way to track down what something is wired to? I couldn’t get them to show up in schematic view and not sure if there is a way to find them in the wire param dialog.
What are the requirements to have a custom attribute (slider) keyable with autokey? Right now I have it wired (multi-directional) to the position constraint wieght. It works as intended, but it doesn’t set keys. I did have it working once when I rewired (one-directionally) with the CA as the master. I couldn’t duplicate it though. Also, I don’t like this method, because I would like to keep the multi-directional wire so I can set the weights from the motion panel or paramater collector.
If anybody can answer any/all of these for me, I’ll be good to go.
Thanks,
Nick
