This is a highly accurate model of the B737-800 aircraft. Took me 3 days to finish it. Hope you like it! Render Time (Approx.): less than 1 minute. 86,493 vertices.

I just slightly used the camera zoom tool or changed the angle of view in the camera’s attributes in order to give the illusion that the camera is far. This effect is achieved with low perspective.

thanks mr.aaron for you comment, any cuestion more, you used some type of node of mental ray for the camera or ligth.

Image was created using Autodesk Maya 2008 with mental ray. Simple image-based lighting with final gather was used. The HDRI was a simple blue sky with a couple of clouds. Nothing special.
