I know Video Post is suppose to be kind of out dated technology (or so I've been told), but is there any tutorials or sites you can suggest to help me learn it? My instructors in school said it was out dated, so they did not bother to teach it. :(

Cool tut! Great to know for future projects.

Quick note:

If you have enough RAM to load the sequence into the RAM Player, you can also use the Save button in the RAM Player to write it out as any other format, including AVI and MOV.
Of course, the Video Post is a better solution if you don't want to wait for the whole sequence to be loaded into memory or you don't have enough memory to fit it in. Video Post will load only one image at a time and can thus be used for larger and longer sequences.
