Bradley Gabe

Over much of Bradley Gabe's 16 year career, he has been an active member of the CG community helping to develop technical approaches to CG production via consulting, publication of tutorials online and in trade magazines, as well as teaching courses and seminars at Siggraph and other venues. With the help of Jennifer Goldfinch and some top industry talent, Bradley was the Mastermind behind the Softimage Production Challenge, an annual Siggraph event where 4 master artists of different skill sets must work together to create a production shot from start to finish in a single day, all in front of a live audience. The events were unique training opportunities for artists to witness production problem solving in real time.

Bradley's technical skills have been honed over the years working on digital effects in commercial and feature film productions. Past projects include Iron Man, Halo Believe, and Eight Below while at Stan Winston Studio, Lemony Snicket, Harry Potter And The Prizoner of Azkeban, Van Helsing, while at ILM, and various commercials for the likes of Pizza Hut, Pepsi, Gillette, Disney, Lays, GE, Intel, and AT&T while at Quiet Man in NYC.

Bradley is currently the Senior Technical Animator at Janimation, Inc. An award winning animation and motion graphics production studio in Dallas, Texas that focuses mostly on television commercials and game cinematics. Their recently completed projects include the talking elephant for the Texas Lottery, and cut scene cinematics for Activision's Quantum of Solace video game.
