This Master Class will cover alternative solution for facial animation/expression and retargeting in Maya. By using Maya BlendShapes and SetDrivenKeys you can create realistic facial animation but due to the game consoles limitations as an independent game developer, we have to come up with different techniques. We will discuss why and how we have used Maya API to create facial animation tools and pipeline.
