Matt Herzog

Matt Herzog began teaching computer graphics as a TA while attending high school in Ontario. He attended the Ontario College of Art to pursue classical drawing and painting techniques and years later, learned to use advanced computer animation software (Maya). He began working for the company who designed the software (Alias|Wavefront) and helping customers around the world in film and television production. After becoming a certified instructor at A|W (now Autodesk) he went on to give Maya Masterclasses in California, London and Tokyo. Matt worked in film and television for several years in Montreal before returning to teach computer animation at College Bois de Boulogne and Institut Grasset. When not teaching he is constantly drawing and painting and showing his work in Montreal (Kop Shop, Galerie Point Rouge, SubV, Galerie Espace).
