Autodesk® Mudbox™ 2012 software delivers enhancements to the painting toolset; innovative new UV and topology-independent workflows; practical posing tools; and improved performance and large dataset handling.
System Requirements
To run software at an optimal level, your computer hardware configuration will have to meet the minimal list of requirements. See this list of qualified hardware and systems requirements that are necessary to run your software application.
Software
The 32-bit version of Autodesk® Mudbox™ 2011 software is supported by any of the following operating systems:
Microsoft® Windows® 7 Professional operating system
Microsoft® Windows Vista® Business operating system (SP1)
Microsoft® Windows® XP Professional (SP3)
The 64-bit version of Mudbox 2011 software is supported by any of the following operating systems:
Microsoft® Windows® 7 Professional x64 Edition
Microsoft® Windows Vista® Business (SP1)
Microsoft® Windows XP x64 Edition (SP2)
Apple® Mac OS® X 10.6.2 operating system
Hardware
At a minimum, the 32-bit version of Mudbox 2011 software requires a system with the following hardware:
Intel® Pentium® 4 or higher
AMD Athlon™ 64
AMD Opteron™ processor
- 2 GB RAM
- 650 MB free hard drive space
- Certified hardware-accelerated OpenGL® graphics card
- Ethernet adapter or wireless Internet card
- DVD-ROM drive
- Three-button mouse or certified Wacom® tablet
At a minimum, the 64-bit version of Mudbox 2011 software requires a system with the following hardware:
Intel® EM64T processor
AMD Athlon 64
AMD Opteron
Intel-based Macintosh computers
with a 64-bit processor (Core 2 Duo or later)
- 2 GB RAM
- 650 MB free hard drive space
- Certified hardware-accelerated OpenGL graphics card
