Description
"Carnival" was the theme of a CG Society Lighting Challenge. Basic models by Dan Konieczka which I modified. I did the lighting as a night scene with glowing neon. The challenge page is here: http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?f=185&t=849902
