    Try putting some Area lights in (turn on the Mental ray Area light function in the Attribute Editor and make sure you turn on the make visible. this will give a highlight in the reflection of the glass) Scale the lights to about 1/2 the size of the glass put two in the front and 1 in the back. Set the one in the back to a light blue and one in the front to a yellow tint. Set the intensity of the lights to about .5 to get started. Leave the Image based lighting on and try it...................
