Hi Arash .. The idea is good. And the models are all done in a simple way. Which is good if are new in 3D STUDIO MAX.
But you should spend a lot of time to make realistic looking materials, lights and shadows. As long your settings are not correct, you will never achieve the realistic look of materials. The picture above needs to be optimized in all of those points.
Learn to work with UV-MAPS they are really important for texturing. Your textures at the wall and on the floor looks too big. Somehow unreal. I saw the same problem in some of your other works also.
Take your time. And try to achieve better and more realistic renders. Then this is what a good 3D render is all about. creating photo realistic models and renders.
I don't want to be discourteous. It's just my opinion.
