actually i did not use a light because i for some odd reason forgot to put one in. i tried to upload a better picture but they would not approve of it.

The building is too bright, and there doesn't seem to be any light emitter outside of the building. It just looks like you used a white omni light, and like the sun has no effect on the lighting of the scene at all... save for the water.
