Really extraordinary! But I was thinking, the section with the bars, wouldn't a bit of the glowing effect on the eyes, and tongue, and part of the headress work well there, glowing from under the bars or even a bit of the glowing effect peaking through the lines on the skin texture? If it's used to represent some sort of power or spirit, I'm guessing it would be represented more breathtakingly if it resonated through the whole bust. Just an idea.
