Has a nice, inviting feel to it, good lighting, clean modeling, but a few things that I think would help 'sell' it better: The tree leaves look really weird - waaaay too dark for a sunny day. the windows look really weird with no reflection and nothing on the inside of the house. the grass also looks flat - (photo image on a plane?) The edges of all the straight lines of your geometry also look too sharp - try beveling a tiny bit (or check out the mia_round corners node)
