| Wow, your work is certainly creative. Some of your renders might not appear to be the most trained work ever, but you've certainly got some creative artistic background, and I love it.

Thanks a lot ^^
I usually DON'T use bitmap textures, unless there was no choice left for me, i mostly use max's default presets for texturing...but since your asking about the bitmaps, i get them from google.
Here is the best way to do it:
type the texture you want (such as "wood texture") and always filter for "Large" images from the left filter tab to get better and more detailed textures with higher resolutions :D
