Thanks for the feedback, glad its working now :D. Yeah it is slow, still working on that. I found that if I seperated larger meshes into smaller ones it helped speed things up a bit.

Thank you Sue, it does work!
Now I only need to re-export all the compounds to the current installation. I would suggest you guys fix the addon.
In any case big thanks, this seems to be very cleverly put together, bit slow though, but still usefull.

Ok to download a sample scene of the feathers go to this link:
And go to the Triggerfish Feather Compounds area, there you will find a download called Feather Tutorials. Thats a xsi 2011 sp1 scene with the feathers in it. :D Hope this helps
