Join the Game Developers Conference (GDC) for its 2021 online edition from July 19th to 23rd. Our 5+ year partnership with this week-long flagship event offers various learning opportunities in games from educational, and business-focused perspectives.

This year, we will be participating virtually with a session by Animation Director, Harvey Newman. We will also have our very own Virtual Booth where you can connect with one of our Autodesk experts.

Join our “How to Be a Better Animator” Session

Animation is an incredibly demanding art form. As you are getting started, some of the animation challenges you will face are practical, and some are about resilience, perseverance, and incredible amounts of dedication. After 18 years of experience and plenty of ups and downs throughout his career, Harvey Newman is sharing his top tips on how you can improve your animation skills with tools like Maya, make the most of your animation career, and enjoy the process while you do it. This talk is for all animators, but will be especially valuable for those wanting to get into animation for games. As always, the recording will be available on-demand in case you miss it.

Mark your calendar for the live session: July 22, 3:40 - 4:10pm PST
