Synchronize Shape

You want to have a normal Maya life but bad-named nodes come in your way and you do not want to rename them time-consuming? This will help you!

Easy to use and does not require any type of installation, just run the script.

By running this script while having at least 1 object or transform node selected, Maya will rename its shape node after its transform node and adds the suffix 'Shape'.

Restriction: It is not allowed that there are more than 1 shape with a unique name(normally this should not be a problem, except you rename by hand).

Tested in Maya 2016, 2017 and 2018.
