Autodesk LIVE is an interactive application that enables Revit users to transform their designs into fully-interactive 3D models with minimal effort. In this article series, we explore the workflow between the two apps.
The transition between the two applications is minimal, and literally requires the click of a button; even though there are a few things to consider in order to get an optimal result and minimize errors.
As you may be aware, there are two LIVE applications: an “Editor” and a “Viewer”. The Viewer is a stand-alone app that does not have editing capabilities and is used to view presentations created with the Editor. The Editor is what is covered in this article as it is the version that interacts with Revit.
